Bart Schrooten is the founder and editor of Responsible AI News. He has over 20 years experience in IT, working as an advisor, entrepreneur and most recently as VP of Technology Partnerships at Nordcloud, an IBM company.

Completing his Master thesis on Ethical Decision Making and working with AI technology since 2005, he is currently pursuing certification as a Certified AI Ethics Assessor to provide advice on AI Ethical Transparency, AI Ethical Privacy, AI Ethical Accountability, AI Ethical Algorithmic Bias and to help companies to comply with the EU AI Act.
